William graduated from Central Connecticut State University in 1981 with a degree in Accounting and Taxation. He has been a Investment Advisory Representative of BlueChip Financial Advisors, LLP since 1999, specializing in employee benefits. He is on the local and national advisory committee for United Health and a co-founder of the RI Business Health Care Advisors Council.
